JOB RESPONSIBILITES include but not limited to the following duties. Other duties may be assigned. Set-up line hang parts vacuum water plug/mask Stack down parts on pallets using correct packing material May be asked to help in the paint room or inspect area Identify and touch-up parts May be asked to perform multiple jobs in a day /or from day to day Perform quality inspection at each stage of the process Read & follow work center job instructions Read & accurately interpret work orders and customer prints. Any problems must be brought to the attention of the Team Leader Stay alert to the parts on the conveyor Maintain productivity and efficiency Follow safety procedures Perform daily housekeeping Attend department meetings daily Encourage implement and support continuous improvement within the department Assist in training personnel as needed Others job requirements as Paint Coordinator shall delegate Get along with other employees Hang a unique number at the beginning of every work order run Write that unique number on the work order Work order has to be carried to the paint line inspector Parts requiring masking hang an M at the beginning of the work order run with the unique number as noted aboveQUALIFICATIONSTo successfully perform this job an individual must be able to perform the job responsibilities effectively.
