We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic this role you will assist in designing implementing and evaluating leadership programs aimed at fostering professional growth and enhancing organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership a collaborative mindset and a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design and facilitation of leadership training programs and workshops.
Support the development of coaching materials resources and assessment tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify leadership needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Conduct research on leadership trends tools and best practices.
Track program performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Provide administrative and logistical support for leadership initiatives.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Organizational Development or related field.
13 years of experience in leadership development training or related role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.
