Description

If you have experience working with groups of adults and have a passion for teaching aerobic dance Associated Recreation Council (ARC) has an amazing role for you as a cardio Aerobics Instructor. This is a part-time role at Miller Community Center.

ARC in partnership with Seattle Parks and Recreation serves Seattle by offering access to licensed childcare and a variety of recreational and lifelong learning programs classes and this role the Aerobics Instructorwill be responsible forengaging participants and teaching dance/cardio fitness (radio hits pop club hip hop and Latin music) to groups of adults. The AerobicsInstructoris responsible for maintaining a safe fun inclusive environment welcoming to all.


Location: Miller Community Center


Aerobics InstructorResponsibilities:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Experience teaching aerobic dance to a group of adults
  • Foster a welcoming environment for diverse groups of adults
  • 5 years of experience preferred
  • If hired must have First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to attain

Schedule:

  • Mornings TBD

Pay:

  • $26.50- $28.50hourly depending upon experience; part-time position
