Job Description
The Communications Coordinator supports the planning creation and delivery of internal and external communications. You will manage content calendars draft and edit copy across channels coordinate campaigns and events and ensure consistent brand voice and message alignment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who can juggle multiple projects meet deadlines and collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities
Develop edit and proofread content (press materials newsletters email campaigns website copy briefs talking points).
Maintain the communications calendar and coordinate timelines reviews and approvals.
Support cross-functional campaigns with Marketing Design and Sales to ensure message consistency.
Track performance metrics (open rates engagement web traffic) and compile weekly/monthly reports.
Assist with internal communications announcements and leadership messages.
Coordinate events webinars and speaking opportunities including logistics and post-event follow-up.
Maintain brand style guidelines and ensure adherence across materials.
Support vendor coordination (writers printers translators) and manage basic purchasing requests.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing Journalism or related field (or equivalent experience).
13 years of experience in communications PR or marketing coordination.
Strong writing editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail and tone.
Familiarity with content management systems and basic analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities adapt to shifting deadlines and work collaboratively.
Solid organizational and project management skills.
Bonus: experience with basic design tools or email marketing platforms.
