Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our this role you will be responsible for managing front desk operations handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented well-organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests promptly and professionally
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle phone calls emails and in-person inquiries
Maintain accurate records and update guest information in the system
Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean organized and professional front desk area
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Previous experience in a front desk receptionist or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
