Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cincinnati OH. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing exceptional service that reflects our companys standards and values. This role requires excellent communication skills problem-solving ability and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause and providing appropriate solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and feedback

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution

  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution and satisfaction

  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary

  • Uphold company policies and maintain a high level of product knowledge


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
