Job Description
As a full time CS Connection Associate youll work closely with customers across several brands through email and chat. You will contribute to strengthening customer relationships by offering unique perspectives and supportive interactions. Above all else youll be accountable for providing accurate and timely information to customers in a kind professional manner.

- Interact with customers across multiple communication channels

- Recommend practice and policy improvements
Qualifications :

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer support
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to innovate with limited resources
