Job Description
Now Hiring: Special Education Teacher (LBS1) Illinois School Districts
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is now accepting applications for certified LBS1 Special Education Teachers across Illinois. We are seeking dedicated educators who are passionate about creating inclusive classrooms and supporting the academic and social success of students with diverse learning needs.
In this role you will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that align with both state and district standards. Using evidence-based practices you will deliver targeted instruction monitor student progress and adjust interventions to promote growth. Your responsibilities will also include identifying students with special needs adapting curriculum and providing instruction primarily at the middle school level to students with mild to moderate disabilities.
Collaboration is a key part of this position. You will work closely with general education teachers support staff and families to ensure students receive the appropriate support in a positive and inclusive environment. You will also participate in IEP meetings contribute to school-wide planning and engage in ongoing professional development.
We re looking for educators who are committed to student achievement have strong communication and organizational skills and are ready to make a meaningful impact within the classroom and beyond.
Requirements
- Valid Illinois teaching license with LBS1 endorsement.
- Experience with small-group instruction and IEP implementation.
- Bachelor s degree in Special Education or related field (Master s preferred).
