Are you looking for a local route that allows you to be home every night with predictable hours and a consistent dependable salary each week Shanker Beverage Company is hiring full-time CDL-A Route Drivers to join our close-knit team in Lansing MI.
Were a fifth-generation family-owned beverage distributor (formerly Canada Dry Lansing) serving nine Michigan counties since 1933. While we maintain a small-company culture we represent a wide portfolio of top national and regional beverage brands including Faygo Sparkling Ice Essentia Alani Nu Nesquik Arizona La Croix Absopure Calypso Everfresh and many more.
What We Offer
- Salary: Starting at $50000$53000/year
- Schedule: MondayFriday full-time
- Shift: 5:30 AM until route is finished
- Local routes only be home every night

What Youll Do
- Deliver pre-sold beverage products to local retail accounts
- Pick up pre-loaded trucks from our Lansing warehouse
- Manually unload using a dolly or electric pallet jack
- Build strong relationships with store personnel and customers
- Verify order accuracy and secure all deliveries
- Invoice and collect payments from customers as needed
- Settle all accounts at the end of each day
- Follow DOT and company safety procedures
Who Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of CDL-A driving experience required
- Must be at least 21 years old (24 preferred)
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs repeatedly
- Dependable and safety-conscious
- Experience using handheld order devices a plus
- Grocery store product handling or delivery experience helpful
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record in compliance with DOT
