Job Description
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Rehab
Job Type: PRN 8 or 10 hour Shifts(Your Preference) 1 Weekend/Month & 1 Holiday/Year

How youll contribute
Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our mission-driven team. If youre passionate about empowering patients through communication and swallowing therapies and thrive in a collaborative supportive environmentthis is your calling.
What Youll Do:
Evaluate and treat individuals with speech language communication and swallowing challenges across diverse patient populations.
Conduct thorough initial and follow-up assessments to monitor progress and adapt care plans accordingly.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans actively engaging patients and their families in the therapy process.
Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers to support continued improvement and understanding of therapy goals.
Support seamless transitions with thoughtful discharge planning and resource recommendations.
Mentor and supervise clinical fellows students and support stafffostering the next generation of excellence in care.
Qualifications and requirements:
Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required
Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
