Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Rehab

Job Type: PRN 8 or 10 hour Shifts(Your Preference) 1 Weekend/Month & 1 Holiday/Year

How youll contribute

Were looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our mission-driven team. If youre passionate about empowering patients through communication and swallowing therapies and thrive in a collaborative supportive environmentthis is your calling.

What Youll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat individuals with speech language communication and swallowing challenges across diverse patient populations.

  • Conduct thorough initial and follow-up assessments to monitor progress and adapt care plans accordingly.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans actively engaging patients and their families in the therapy process.

  • Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers to support continued improvement and understanding of therapy goals.

  • Support seamless transitions with thoughtful discharge planning and resource recommendations.

  • Mentor and supervise clinical fellows students and support stafffostering the next generation of excellence in care.


Qualifications and requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology Required

  • Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
