Summary:
This on-site instructional position is ideal for a licensed educator seeking to make a meaningful difference in a diverse multicultural learning environment. Teachers are responsible for delivering curriculum-aligned instruction to elementary or secondary students creating engaging lesson plans and modifying teaching strategies to meet student needs. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and deliver daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals
- Use instructional methods tailored to diverse learning styles
- Assess student progress and adapt instruction for remediation or enrichment

- Communicate regularly with parents guardians and school staff
- Ensure classroom compliance with school rules safety and behavior expectations
Experience You’ll Need:
- Bachelors degree in elementary or secondary education (required)
- Indiana State Teaching License (required)
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
- Ability to adapt lessons for various learning levels
- Willingness to perform physical classroom duties and operate standard teaching equipment
