Job Description
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations
- Follow optimized routes for maximum efficiency
- Ensure timely accurate and professional service
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding progress and issues
- Able to meet metrics of 15 to 25 stops per hour
- Excellent Time management and Problem solving skills
Requirements
- Must own a reliable cargo van Sprinter van or Box Truck ( no SUVs or Personal Vehicles)
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record (must pass BG check)
- Smartphone with GPS and the ability to use delivery apps
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction

Qualifications Valid CDL (Commercial Driver s License) Class A preferred. Truck Ownership Must own a well-maintained commercial truck. Experience Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred. Clean Driving Record No major violations or DUIs in the past 5 years. DOT Compliance Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening. Business Skills Understanding of financial management, contracts, and logistics operations. Preferred Skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of freight brokerage and load boards.
