Emergency Department Nurse Manager Full-Time Opportunity in Southern Arizona
A hospital south of Tucson AZ is seeking a Emergency Department Manager to join their leadership team!
Emergency Department Nurse Manager Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: $100000 - $120000 annually (based on experience)

Emergency Department Nurse Manager Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Responsibilities: Oversee operations of the Emergency and Cardiopulmonary Departments under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer. Provide leadership and support for ER Techs and nursing staff ensuring high-quality care delivery. Collaborate with medical staff to establish and maintain standards of care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives staff education and organizational development efforts. Apply evidence-based practices to drive emergency care excellence.
Emergency Department Nurse Manager Requirements:
- 2 5 years of recent ER clinical experience required
- Prior leadership experience in emergency care
- BSN and/or specialty certification preferred
- Current ACLS PALS (or obtained within 6 months) and CPR; CEN or trauma training preferred
