Job Description
Physical therapist
A great healthcare facility located just outside of Fort Benton Montana is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to be part of a fantastic team dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare!
Pay: $36.00 - $52.00/hour
$20000 retention bonus
Up to $7000 in relocation assistance
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time permanent position
- Schedule: day shift 5-8 s or 4-10 s
- Setting: opportunities to work in outpatient inpatient and float
- Incentive: $20000 retention bonus and up to $7000 in relocation assistance
Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan
- Provide high-quality patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient family and care team
- Provide skilled goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
- Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- BLS Certification
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Montana (or eligibility to obtain upon hire)
