Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced high-level sales professionals to join our dynamic team as Senior Sales Agents. Our ideal candidates are motivated goal-oriented and ready to take their careers to the next level. Our agents write an average of $150k in premium per month thanks to our continuous flow of high-quality leads and robust support systems.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM FL Time with 1 hour Unpaid Break

Requirements
- Bilingual Speakers (Spanish)
- Must Be licensed to sell insurance (US license)
- Must be located in Puerto Rico (executive team to visit for management visits)
Additional Requirements
Active 2-20 or 20-44 Florida Insurance License (Property & Casualty) mandatory before start date
Minimum 2 3 years of proven high-volume sales experience in P&C insurance or a related field
Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly premium targets (e.g. $100k/month)
Strong closing skills with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales tracking tools
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment while maintaining accuracy in documentation
Self-motivated and disciplined with exceptional time management skills
Adaptability to script and process changes in a dynamic sales environment
Strong understanding of Florida insurance regulations and compliance requirements
