This remote position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your QuickBooks expertise while working with a variety of business clients in a fast-paced growing environment. You ll be responsible for the critical task of maintaining accurate financial records by processing bank statements and performing detailed data entry into QuickBooks. Responsibilities
- Process and review bank statements and financial documents from multiple business clients with precision and accuracy
- Perform detailed line-by-line data entry of all financial transactions into QuickBooks software
- Organize and maintain digital financial documents using Google Drive and other cloud-based systems
- Ensure proper categorization and recording of all client financial information according to established procedures
- Complete assigned bookkeeping tasks within established timeframes to support client needs
- Participate in training sessions to learn specific client processes and business requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all client financial information
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks software with hands-on experience
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy in data entry tasks
- Fluent English communication skills for both written and verbal interactions
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles and financial record-keeping
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional computer setup
