Job Description

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.

We are Hiring Clinical Nurse Manager I Theatre Department for our Hospital client in Dublin.

(Permanent Contract/Full time - 37.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities
  • The CNM1 is responsible and accountable for the provision of clinical and professional leadership nursing management and continuous professional development in area of responsibility
  • The CNM1 will be designated to take charge within a specialty in the absence of the person who has continuing responsibility for that specialty.
  • Participate and encourage the development of a research-based nursing practice within the area.
  • Encourage and facilitate staff innovation in nursing practice.
  • Provide a quality learning environment for under-graduate and post-graduate nursing staff within the preoperative environment.
  • Assist in implementing staff development programmes.



Requirements

  • Be included on the NMBIs general division of the nursing registry and possess a valid NMBI PIN (both are required).
  • Hold two years of post-registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • Having at least a years experience in theater is necessary.
  • Possess a least of one years worth of managerial experience (ideally
  • Possess a recognized degree or preferred experience in the field.
  • Own a management training degree (preferred)
  • Possess shown clinical and professional skills.
  • Be able to work independently and have outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Robotic experience is preferred.
