Our client who provides financial solutions requires an experienced Financial Associate to join their team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer you will be primarily responsible for driving strategic initiatives supporting fundraising activities managing financial planning and analysis driving business development and coordinating key projects and partnerships to support company growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial negotiations with clients and partners and assess partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning fundraising investment analysis and strategic forecasting.
- Prepare detailed financial reports budgets and performance reviews providing actionable insights to the CEO and leadership team for decision-making.
- Design and deliver presentations for investor meetings board sessions partnership proposals and internal strategy reviews.
- Conduct research and analysis on various industries and companies to identify potential market opportunities and competition.
- Identify and engage prospective clients partners and investors to build and grow strong business relationships.
- Attend meetings with clients when required.
Requirements
- Must have at least a Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field.
- Must have at least three (3) years of working experience in a financial institution strategy consulting or a strategic corporate role.
- Must possess advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis.
- Experience in automation AI integration or digital transformation in service industries is an advantage.
- Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written).
- Must possess good organizational skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with little supervision.
