Our Client requires a Chef de Partie to join the team This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful business with excellent prospects for further career progression.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual from a fresh food background who works well in a team environment. They will have sufficient experience to help maintain our High reputation for quality food. With a strong ability to work well under pressure.

Salary 39000 to 43000 DOE

What We re Looking For A proven track record in managing high-quality hospitality venues Strong food and Beverage Experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor Expenditure, use of budgets, cash handling, stock control and forecasting A passion for customer experience, service standards, and team culture Understanding of licensing, health & safety, and compliance Your Responsibilities Lead, train, and support a high-performing team Drive revenue through events, promotions, and local partnerships Oversee stock control, rota management, and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with all licensing and operational regulations Be a hands-on presence on the floor, setting the tone for service What We Offer
