Our Associates demonstrate a high level of project management technical skills and depth of industry knowledge while working on various projects across multiple lines of business within our Financial Services Practice.

You will bring solid working experience and an in-depth understanding of the processes within the Banking and Financial Services industry. Responsibilities:
Ability to execute end-to-end solutions to meet clients needs as specified by the project manager.
This includes creating process maps supporting metrics progress reports client briefings presentations deliverables and recommendation documents
Review and editing of requirements specifications business processes and/or recommendations related to proposed solutions
Actively participate in change management activities
Complete assigned work related to project deliverables on time and on budget
Participate in project planning and administration.
Participate in proposals development and other sales support activities as assigned
Contribute to the life and culture of the company
Qualifications:
2-4 years relevant consulting or financial services industry experience
2 years of experience working and/or leading work streams or small teams
Strong research analytical and problem solving skills
Self directed with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Excellent writing communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented individual with the ability to meet aggressive timelines
Innovative and dynamic. Brings an entrepreneurial spirit to our business
Strong work ethic and someone who is energetic enthusiastic and committed to developing their career
Required Education:Related University Degree
Preferred Education: Post-Graduate degree MBA CPA CFA or other relevant designations; or equivalent experience
