About the Role
Were seeking a strategic and creative Communications and Content Specialist to lead the communications and engagement approach for the rollout of a new Learning Managed Service (LMS). This role is central to building awareness generating interest and supporting adoption of a new training platform and suite of learning experiences designed to uplift workforce capability over the long term.
As a Senior Consultant youll work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement a targeted communications and engagement plan that drives understanding and enthusiasm for the learning transformation. Youll bring strong storytelling stakeholder engagement and campaign delivery skills to ensure the LMS is embraced across the organisation.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role based exclusively in Perth where youll collaborate with internal teams stakeholders and subject matter experts to bring this major change initiative to life.
