What Will You Get To Do:
- Ensure companys EHS policies comply with local state & federal regulations
- Identify applicable Health & Safety regulations & risks while interacting with cross functional teams
- Provide leadership to the company with Process Safety Management programs. procedures trainings etc.
- Investigate & analyze near misses accidents injuries & incident trends and assist in the root cause analysis process
- Participate in the companys health & safety audits
- Work with outside vendors to manage cost & inventory
- Coach & develop others to ensure organizational success identify talent and provide opportunities to learn & grow
What Will You Bring:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in safety occupational health public health industrial hygiene or another safety related field
- 5 years of experience leading safety teams
- Demonstrated experience in the application of Health & Safety Management systems
- Bachelors Degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field
- Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office skills safety systems Adobe cloud ERP programs like Oracle and safety systems
- Certifications: Certified Safety Professional (CSP) First Aid/CPR
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
