Job Description

A Snapshot of Your Day



Will be working the visual inspection and documentation of varying components using various inspection devices. Inspectors identify component anomalies and flaws in accordance with engineering and quality standards. This operation is responsible to evaluate grain directions on the castings surfaces after Grain is exposed through an acid solution process. This will be in the Gibsonton Florida location.




How Youll Make an Impact

Will be verifying that physical parts serial numbers match with the serial numbers on the router and performing the operation according to engineering specifications and quality standards.
Moving processed parts to the next area setting up tools inspecting lifting devices and moving heavy parts when needed.
Maintaining the flow and quality of parts produced continuously performing improvement analysis.
Performing basic or specifically defined maintenance operations; cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues and using hand tools including wrenches allen wrenches and screw drivers.
Other duties may be assigned and cross training as needed.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What You Bring

High school graduate or GED.
Previous experience on Knockout or manufacturing will be a plus.
Able to stand during working hours for long periods of time and read Engineering instructions.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
