Job Description
As a Quality Control Inspector youll be the gatekeeper of excellenceensuring every part meets the highest standards before it goes out the door. Youll work closely with machinists engineers and production staff to keep our quality promise to customers around the world.
Perform first article in-process and final inspections to ensure conformance to specifications
Create and maintain accurate inspection documentation for the shop floor
Review and complete Traveler/Router documentation
Use inspection tools such as calipers micrometers pin/bore gages height gages and more
Execute and interpret CMM programs (PC-DMIS experience a plus)
Disposition non-conformance tags and collaborate on corrective actions
Support a team-oriented respectful work environment
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Pitch in with other duties as needed
What You Bring to the Table
5 years experience in quality control inspection within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in GD&T with tight tolerances
Comfortable using all standard QC equipment
Detail-oriented and organized with a sharp proactive mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with CMM inspection and programming preferred
Familiarity with trigonometry and Epicor ERP is a plus
Previous experience as a machinist is a bonus
Education
- AA degree or high school diploma with relevant job experience
