About the Team
You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as a critical member of the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team. Linklaters Global Solutions is a function delivering day-to-day transactional work essential to the smooth running of the firm and providing analysis and advisory capability to our business stakeholders lawyers and partners globally.
BDM LGS is a diverse and highly skilled team of marketing business development data and operations professionals dedicated to supporting the wider BDM function in driving revenue growth nurturing our priority client relationships and strengthening the firms reputation. Our team works on initiatives ranging from pitch creation and marketing content management to market intelligence and data analytics creative design and event coordination.

You will be responsible for
Leading a high-performing Data and Operations team consisting of 15 Client & Market Intelligence Analysts and Managers Data Analysts and Data Stewards to ensure cohesive and efficient data operations.
Representing the Data and Operations team at senior management level in BDM LGS management team and other forums.
Leading the organizational development of the overall data and operations capability in BDM LGS. Developing the skills capabilities and processes of the team and driving innovation by e.g. identifying and implementing new tools technology and automation to enhance efficiency and insights.
Executing data governance policies and procedures ensuring compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
Managing the prioritisation and allocation of data resources to meet the diverse needs of BDMs internal stakeholders.
Identifying and implementing efficiencies across the data operations team to optimise performance and resource utilisation.
Overseeing the development and maintenance of data documentation ensuring accuracy and adherence to inventory standards.
Managing regular reviews and updates of data quality controls reporting findings to senior team members and governing boards.
Facilitating root cause analysis for data quality issues and implementing remediation activities to address identified problems.
Pioneering data integration efforts and ensuring data sharing complies with policy constraints.
Ensuring data consumers adhere to data reuse standards and do not alter unique identifiers.
Allocating and enabling training communication and development opportunities to enhance the data capabilities of the team.
Apply if you
Have substantial experience in leading data operations teams preferably in a professional services or corporate environment.
Have strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
Have experience in managing data resources and prioritizing competing stakeholder needs and developing and maintaining comprehensive data documentation systems.
Have experience in implementing and managing data quality control processes.
Demonstrate ability in root cause analysis and problem resolution for data issues.
Have experience in data integration projects and cross-system data sharing.
Know data standards and identifier management best practices.
Have experience in developing training programs to enhance team data capabilities.
Have leadership experience with proven ability to drive operational efficiencies and team performance.
Are fluent in English both verbally and in writing (C1 or C2 level).
Location
Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days per week at the office)
