Jawfish Pacific Northwestinspired full-service restaurant
Le Petit Chef an immersive theatrical culinary adventure
Were looking for a Director of Food & Beverage to join us this fall and help launch these game-changing venues. This is your chance to shape the concepts build the team and set the standard for dining and events at PDX.
Youll:
- Lead operations for restaurants bars banquet/catering services and meeting setups across 8000 sq. ft. of flexible event space.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and beverage team on menus wine lists craft cocktails and signature dining experiences.
- Recruit train and inspire a high-performing hospitality team.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction while meeting quality revenue and profitability goals.
- Work closely with Sales & Events to deliver seamless banquets conferences and special events.
You Bring:
- 35 years of progressive F&B leadership in full-service or luxury hotels.
- Experience in fine dining banquets catering and/or pre-opening operations.
- Creative flair financial acumen and the ability to lead and inspire large diverse teams.
