About the Role:

We are seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to elevate our brand and bring compelling visual storytelling to life across platforms.

Reporting to the Director Marketing the incumbent will be someone who thrives at the intersection of brand technology & business and loves creating visually appealing strategic and user-centric designs.

As the Newest Member of our Team Youll:

• Develop and execute visual concepts for multi-channel campaigns presentations and digital platforms.
• Create compelling visual narratives that translate complex financial concepts into accessible designs.
• Design responsive digital assets and print materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Build landing pages and interactive content using Adobe Experience Manager in collaboration with web teams.
• Apply UX/UI principles to enhance user experience across digital touchpoints.
• Leverage emerging technologies including AI design tools to improve creative processes.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  

To Succeed You Bring:

• Diploma or degree in graphic design visual communications or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in B2B or financial services design A diverse portfolio that showcases strength in digital print and presentation design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop).
• Advanced PowerPoint skills including custom templates and data visualization.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital print and presentation design capabilities.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles Excellent organization attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g. After Effects Premiere) and/or exposure to UX design prototyping tools (Figma XD) or user research.
