Lakeshore Dental is a thriving patient-focused dental practice located in a state-of-the-art facilityin Chesterfield MI. We are seeking aGeneral Dentistto join our growing team and help expand the services we offer to our community.
What Youll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental care with full clinical autonomy
- Diagnose treat and manage a wide range of dental conditions
- Perform bread-and-butter dentistry including endodontics and surgical procedures
- Build long-term relationships with patients and deliver exceptional care
- Collaborate with a supportive team of dental professionals

- 12 operatoriesin a beautiful modern office
- Advanced technology: CBCT/Pan Overjet AI Primescan SprintRay 3D Printer
- 40 new patients/month
- AcceptsPPO and Medicaid
- Strong back-office support: 2 DAs (expanding to 4) 1 hygienist

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options
- Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
- Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- 2 years of clinical experiencepreferred
- Proficiency in general dentistry including endo and surgical procedures
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
