About the Role
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leading a team and have an inherent desire to deliver great customer this role you will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will need to adapt quickly to change and take a pro-active approach to problem solving.
This is an internal opportunity only for current team members to further their knowledge and experience. At Arts Centre Melbourne we will provide you with supportive responsive and comprehensive training as you continue to develop your skills.
Casual role base hourly rate $28.52 25% casual loading and superannuation.
Recruitment dates to be aware of:
- Thursday 21 Aug or Friday 22 Aug - Assessment Centre/Interview
Successful candidates will need:
- Significant experience in delivering exemplary customer service
- Significant experience in motivating and supporting the performance of teams
- Moderate experience in developing and maintaining relationships
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and creative problem solving
