Job Description
Title:Lead Investment Operations Analyst
Environment:Palm Beach FL (Hybrid 1 Day per week)
Company Overview:
This position is with a Family Office Client managing a diversified investment portfolio ($600M AUM) across real estate private credit venture capital private equity and infrastructure.
Job Duties:
- Manage Addepar and Arch platforms for data architecture and reporting
- Coordinate investment operations including capital calls and reconciliations
- Produce investment reports and performance analysis
- Maintain external relationships and conduct due diligence
- Optimize processes and lead special projects
- Supervise and mentor investment operations analysts
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment operations preferably in a family office or alternative investment environment
- Expertise in Addepar and Arch or similar systems with customization capabilities
- Strong analytical organizational and Excel skills
- Commitment to fiduciary responsibility and professionalism
