As an Engagement and Partnerships Officer (Fine Arts and Music) youll play a crucial role in supporting a diverse range of cultural events across all artforms. Youll gain hands-on experience in event promotion ticketing partnership activation and stakeholder engagement. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic fast-paced and creative environment contributing to the facultys reputation and supporting its teaching and learning objectives.
In this role you will:
Coordinate Event Communications: Manage ticketing systems draft event EDMs and create promotional materials for the facultys extensive program of public events.
Support Partnerships: Assist with partnership activations and deliver benefits to cultural partners enhancing the facultys industry connections.
Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with academic and professional staff to support the delivery of events and performances and connect graduating students with potential employers.
Provide Administrative Support: Manage databases handle RSVPs and assist with the creation of program publications and invitations.
You may be a great fit if:
You are a well-organised and communicative professional with a passion for the arts possessing excellent writing skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
You may also:
Have completed tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or have equivalent experience.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrate excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
Have experience working with diverse stakeholders to deliver projects.
Show proficiency in ticketing EDM and/or database management systems.
