We combine telehealth physicians in-home paramedics and RN care managers to drastically reduce hospitalizations readmissions and healthcare costswhile improving lives.
Position Overview
Were seeking Board-Certified Physicians to deliver acute care remotely via telehealth in partnership with on-site paramedics.
Perfect for physicians looking to move beyond traditional settings while making a meaningful impact.
What Youll Do
Conduct remote assessments and manage acute conditions
Collaborate with paramedics providing hands-on care
Create personalized treatment plans and prevent readmissions
Communicate with care teams to ensure continuity
Document encounters and use multiple EMRs
On-Site Services Youll Direct (via Paramedic)
Hands-on Physical Exams
Bedside Ultrasound
IV Meds & Access
Respiratory Support
CLIA-Waived Blood Tests
Viral/Bacterial Swabs
Catheter G-Tube & Central Line Care
Shifts & Schedule
Minimum Availability: 4 shifts/month (including 1 weekend shift)
Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts between 9 AM 9 PM
Flexible Scheduling: 7 days/week
Requirements
Must-Have:
MD or DO with Board Certification (EM IM FM)
Comfortable with multiple EMRs
Excellent communication & clinical decision-making
Two Years Experience
Nice-to-Have:
Active license in NY PA or LA
Telehealth or home-based care experience
Background in value-based care
Tech & Environment Expectations
Quiet professional HIPAA-compliant setting
Reliable internet quality webcam & mic
Good lighting professional appearance
Licensing Support
We support multi-state licensing and will coordinate much of the process. Youll need to respond promptly to licensing and credentialing requests (e.g. documentation fingerprints etc.).
Compensation
$50/hour base pay
$100 per patient treated
