Job Summary for Assistant Manager-Process Engineering/NPD
- Work experience in the automobile industry
- Proficient in managing APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) activities
- Ability to prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents as per customer requirements
- Responsible for controlling and monitoring ECN (Engineering Change Note) & design change notes
- Experience with jig & fixture management
- Handle customer interactions during new part development stages
- Knowledge of machine validation processes
- Skilled in preparing shop floor and machine layouts
- Experience with APQP activities for HMSI SMG and IATF audits
- Must have prior experience working in a Japanese MNC
