Job Description
We are seeking a polished and performance-driven Assistant F&B Manager to support daily restaurant operations for a leading standalone luxury dining venue in India. The ideal candidate must come from a high-end hospitality background and possess excellent operational knowledge team management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Candidate Profile:
Candidate Profile:
* 5 8 years of experience in standalone luxury restaurants or five-star hotel F&B outlets
* Strong grooming communication and guest handling abilities
* Proven leadership in managing F&B teams and upscale restaurant operations
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Candidates from premium/luxury hospitality backgrounds will be given preference
* Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Requirements
* Oversee front-of-house operations ensuring seamless service standards in line with luxury expectations
* Manage daily restaurant workflows reservations staffing and guest relations
* Coordinate closely with culinary and beverage teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Maintain quality control on service hygiene food presentation and SOP adherence
* Monitor inventory vendor relations and cost controls in alignment with business goals
* Handle guest feedback VIP clientele and service recovery when required
