Job Description
Job Summary
The role is responsible for optimizing BPIL poultry production processes analyzing industry trends and supporting strategic decision-making. The role combines expertise in poultry industry operations with strong data analysis skills to drive efficiency profitability and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans forecasting demands and optimizing resource allocation within the poultry supply chain.
- Analyze industry data market trends and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Implement controls and systems to ensure and protect data integrity
- Collaborate with farm managers supply chain teams and product development units to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management regarding industry outlooks performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
- Build real-time dashboards improve data collection processes and ensure accurate actionable reporting across poultry and commercial and all the support functions of the business
- Deliver weekly insights and support technical and commercial managers in aligning execution with strategic goals
- Stay updated on industry regulations technological advancements and sustainability practices.
- Support product development and marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in agriculture Animal Science Data Analytics Business Administration or related field; Masters degree of 10 years experience
- Proven experience in poultry industry planning operations or related analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL R Python or business intelligence platforms (Tableau Power BI).
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and strategic thinking.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of poultry farming feed management and industry regulations is a plus.
