Were partnering with a leading oil & gas company seeking an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to provide overall safety and operational management of offshore installations. What Youll Do
Safety Leadership & Emergency Response Management
- Provide overall safety leadership and operational management of offshore installations
- Lead emergency response initiatives and comprehensive crisis management protocols
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies
- Implement and oversee safety management systems to protect personnel and assets
Operations Coordination & Management
- Coordinate all drilling marine and support operations across the installation
- Manage personnel deployment and crew coordination for optimal operational efficiency
- Oversee budget management and provide comprehensive operational reporting
- Ensure seamless integration of all operational activities and support functions
Regulatory Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain liaison with onshore management teams and regulatory authorities
- Ensure full compliance with offshore regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Interface with government agencies and regulatory bodies as required
- Represent the installation in all official communications and regulatory matters
Personnel Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to all offshore personnel
- Manage crew rotations training requirements and performance standards
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure operational continuity
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all installation operations

Requirements
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Petroleum Marine Mechanical Chemical or related field)
- Minimum 10-15 years of comprehensive offshore experience in oil & gas operations
- OIM Certificate (OPITO approved) with current certification status
- BOSIET/FOET (Basic/Further Offshore Emergency Training) certification
- Valid medical certificate demonstrating offshore fitness requirements
- STCW Basic Safety Training certification with current validity
What You Bring
- Leadership/Management qualifications preferred with demonstrated management experience
- Extensive knowledge of HSE regulations and offshore safety management systems
- Proven experience in emergency response leadership and crisis management
- Strong understanding of drilling operations marine activities and support functions
- Excellent communication skills for liaison with onshore management and regulatory authorities
- Budget management experience with operational reporting capabilities
- Personnel management expertise with crew coordination experience
