As a Documentation and Communications Specialist (m/f/x) you will be responsible for the quality and coherence of critical documentation while also supporting the daily operations of our Digital Compliance Team.
Your playing field
- You play a key role in shaping and maintaining high standards across our internal and external communication and documentation culture that is align with our corporate strategy.
- You understand that quality is our game plan and ensure timely delivery of internal and external documentations and communication.
- You support the operational management with efficient internal documentation track the progress and communicate deadlines ahead of time.
- You take ownership of transcribing communications and documentation to meet both linguistic and formatting standards.
Qualifications :
Which skills you should bring to the pitch
- Experience. You bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position ideally in an regulated environment.
- Communication. Youre confident friendly and efficient when interacting with internal department teammates and a wide range of stakeholders.
- Skills. Your organizational skills and sharp eye for detail help you keep a clear overview and stay ahead of the game.
- Language. English is the official language in our Malta office therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sports betting provider in the German-speaking market a professional level German is also required to handle everyday work situations with ease and clarity.
- Analytical Mindset. Youre known for your sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
