The Opportunity:

KBR is seeking a results-driven Account Manager (Integrated Work Package (IWP) Lead)to oversee and grow a high-performing delivery team within theMajor Service Provider (MSP)framework. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering complex Defence projects and programs while fostering strong client relationships and driving strategic outcomes.

Reporting to the Account Director the Account Manager (IWP Lead) operates with high autonomy and leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver customer-focused results in alignment with KBRs strategic goals. This role suits a proven leader with Defence sector experience strong stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to excellence.
