Job Description

Project Analyst (Software Implementation)

TELCOR is a Great Place To Work certified company!TELCOR Inc a nationally-recognized provider of healthcare software is looking for an energetic organized and focused person to join the TELCOR Point of Care (POC) Implementation team as a Project Analyst.

Project Analysts work with customers (point of care coordinators laboratory management IT network specialist etc.) to implement the TELCOR POC software. This includes but is not limited to establishing interfaces from a variety of testing devices deployed outside the clinical laboratory to the customers designated information system along with all of the management tools included POC Implementation team provides overflow support coverage for scheduled weekly meetings support team education and flanking holidays. Teammates may also be asked to assist support during high-volume and/or low Support Analyst coverage times.

This role requires the employee to work in our office in Lincoln NE during training / mentoring periods and teleworking is available upon manager discretion thereafter.

Requirements

Strong PC computing experience (e.g. Microsoft Office Windows operating systems)
Verbally engaging energetic team player
Excellent presentation/instructional skills; verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Clinical laboratory software experience preferred but not required
