General Description
Wonderful opportunity supporting a young woman in her home one-on-one to achieve maximum independence. Provide reliable compassionate and consistent care while creating a meaningful quality-based relationship in a supportive private home atmosphere.
Essential Functions
- Monitor assess and advise supervisor and family on health observations and needs while promoting health and wellness through nursing processes.
- Create a positive respectful and open communication style with the person supported and family.
- Complete required documentation and daily communication log.
- Assist with community and daily outings.
- Administer and track medications.
- Monitor seizure activity.
- Attend appointments as needed.
- Attend all required state and agency trainings.
Certification Licenses Registrations
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associates or Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
- Must possess a valid Rhode Island Nursing license.
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination per RIDOH guidelines
Schedule & Pay Rate
- Schedule 1st shift Part-Time
- OPTIONS: Saturday OR Sunday: OR Saturday & Sunday
- Hours: 9-3 pm or 9-4 pm (flexible)
- Pay Rate: $39.00/Hourly
