We are looking for: Manager Sales Revenue Operations

What will you be doing as aManager Sales Revenue Operations at SimSpace
As Manager of Sales Revenue Operations youll play a critical role in aligning our sales strategy technology and execution. Youll serve as the operational backbone of our sales organization. Owning the systems processes and data that drive revenue and support scalable growth. From optimizing our CRM and reporting tools to refining compensation plans and forecasting models youll ensure every part of the sales engine runs smoothly and strategically.

Your work wont stop with numbers and systems. Youll also be a coach and collaborator helping sales leaders and reps turn high-level goals into actionable plans. If you thrive at the intersection of data strategy and leadership this is a chance to make a lasting impact on a high-performing high-growth team. This role is based on-site at our Boston headquarters. We value in-person collaboration for this position and are looking for candidates who can work from our office on a regular basis.

  • Forecasting & Analysis:
    Analyze historical data market trends and campaign performance to build reliable revenue forecasts. Partner with sales and marketing to align projections with upcoming promotions or shifts in market conditions.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track team performance against goals identify trends or areas for improvement and provide actionable insights and coaching to elevate results.
  • Team Leadership & Culture:
    Lead regular team meetings provide ongoing coaching and build a collaborative sales culture focused on accountability learning and continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization:
    Identify and remove process bottlenecks. Improve workflow efficiency through better use of sales tools and CRMs. Create and enforce standard operating procedures that ensure data accuracy and streamlined operations.
  • Client Relationship Oversight:
    Oversee client account management within the CRM ensuring consistent personalized communication. Support sales reps in delivering a top-tier client experience that drives retention and growth.

What are the qualifications to apply To be successful as aManager Sales Revenue Operations you need to:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations.
  • 3 years in a management or leadership role within a sales organization.
  • 2 years of experience with CRM platforms and sales forecasting tools.
  • This is a full-time on-site role based in our Boston headquarters.
  • U.S. citizenship as required by our existing U.S. Government contracts.

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced CRM proficiency (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
  • Expertise in building and refining sales forecasts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to optimize sales processes and technologies.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable improvements in sales performance.
  • Experience leading performance reviews and coaching sales teams.
  • Ability to translate sales strategy into executable plans with clear outcomes.
  • History of building or improving client management practices that support growth and retention.
