The Role
The Group Billing Senior is responsible for supporting the Group Billing Manager on delivering monthly billing targets. This involves supporting and guiding the team as well as providing training where required. Ensuring the team are meeting required KPIs
Reporting to the Group Billing Manager the Group Billing Senior will work and support various key stakeholders to ensure service delivery is being met. Providing reports and updates on a regular basis
