Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Social Worker - Boca Raton FL.

The Social Worker will function as an integral member of an inter-professional healthcare team providing services and supportive care at the Louis and Anne Green Memory and Wellness Center located at the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursings Boca Raton and Davie campuses. Under the supervision of the Director of the Memory and Wellness Center and the Administration for Community Living Grant Project Manager the social worker plans and coordinate direct services for individuals affected by dementia.

Masters degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization; or bachelors degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience required.
