As a Substitute Teacher you will:
- Step into classrooms as needed to support our proprietary curriculum and bring learning to life through play creativity and connection.
- Maintain a safe clean and compliant environment that meets all health and licensing standards.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care for children.
- Communicate with families and staff with empathy and professionalism sharing updates and celebrating milestones.
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children
- Have flexibility reliability and a positive attitude
- Have a high school diploma/GED (ECE coursework preferred)
- Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role
