We are seeking highly qualified and experiencedLeadership Training Instructorsto deliver a series offederally focused onsite leadership seminarsto Marine Corps Civilian employees in the National Capital Region. This opportunity supports a contract issued by the Human Resources and Organizational Management (HROM) Branch for the Marine Corps with services to be delivered at the Pentagon and Marine Corps Base Quantico.
Delivergroup-based educational seminarsin strict alignment with the PWS-defined topics:
Strategic Leadership for Federal Employees
Building and Managing High Performance Teams
Managing People Processes and Policies
Leadership and Accountability
Leadership Toolkit
Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving
Design and develop the course curriculumfor each seminar topic including instructional content exercises and participant materials.
Engage participants using effectiveadult learning techniquessuch as case studies multimedia group exercises and interactive discussion.
Maintain strict adherence to government policies regardingno individual consulting coaching or follow-up services.
Submit all presentation and course materials in advance and provide printed handouts for all participants on the day of training.
Proven experience instructingfederal or military leadership developmentcourses.
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the seminar topics listed above.
Knowledge of thefederal government workplace its leadership needs and federal regulations.
Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership Human Resources Public Administration Education or related field (Masters or certifications preferred).
Must provide aresume and documentation of credentials certifications and prior relevant teaching experience.
Mastery ofadult learning principlesand facilitation techniques.
Skilled in using multimedia tools and interactive instruction in large group settings.
Capable of engaging mid-level to senior federal employees with professionalism and authority.
Ability to independently develop course materials aligned with government objectives and performance expectations.
