We are offering an exciting 6 months internship opportunity (with possibility of another 6 months more) designed for those who have a strong interest in pursuing a career in consumer products and are willing to develop both commercial and leadership competencies and further explore their own career interests.
Candidates will be part of our dynamic local commercial team where they will gain hands-on experience in one of our Category focusing on these key areas:
New Product Launches Business Analysis Project Coordination and General Business Support growing their understanding of operations in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods Multinational environment.

Main Responsibilities
1. Events Support:
SKU and FES code creation
Briefing to the agencies for displays and POP materials based on Retail Marketing Manager inputs/guidelines
Follow up/ feedback of artworks until final approval
Coordination of In-Store activations i.e: Macros (delivery of materials from the agencies and IDL deadlines customers specific requests etc)
Displays manipulation plan (CS&L file updating) based on deadlines provided by CDT
Free goods requests
2. Customers ad doc material development
Briefing to the agencies for the development of ad hoc materials for online and offline customers such as leaflets banners butterflies IG posts product bundle newsletters product description POP materials 3Ds etc
Follow up/ feedback of the artworks until final approval
ecom translations: product description icons keywords and metadata.
Digital: product description and articles
4. Sales materials support
5. Budget control support
6. Nielsen: Ad hoc analysis and reports
7. Competition tracking: Weekly collection of innovations events promos etc of competition from Field Force reports
Required Skills and Competencies
Team work spirit curiosity energy and positive attitude.
Eye for details and comfortable working with numbers metrics and spreadsheets.
Flexibility to adapt.
Highly organized.
Results-oriented with strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
University degree at a minimum BS degree in marketing or a related field.
Previous experience in companies would be preferable.
English and Spanish fluency are mandated
Excel know-how is mandated.
