About the Role

As an Install Associate youll help transform our customers homes by creating organization beauty and joy in every project. Youll receive intensive classroom and hands-on training to quickly grow your skillswith the goal of advancing to a full Installer role. Working alongside experienced team members youll assist in delivering flawless installations that exceed expectations.

What Youll Do:

• Assist with the assembly and installation of custom home organization systems

• Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies

• Handle and transport materials safelyindoors and outdoorsin all weather conditions

• Perform surface detailing and ensure every project meets our high-quality standards

• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates

• Work at least two weekends per month and adapt to meet critical business needs

Key Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Experience with basic hand tools and different hardware types

• Strong attention to detailaccuracy to the millimeter

• Organized systematic and solutions-oriented approach to work

• Professional communication skills and customer service mindset

• Physical ability to lift and carry products into workspaces
