Job Description
Cypress Healthcare and Rehabilitation is hiring a Medicare MDS Nurse! The skilled MDS Nurse plans coordinates and helps monitor the resident assessment and care-planning processes in the facility. MDS Nurse works with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality of care is provided in a cost effective manner to the residents.
