Job Description

The Parts Driver under the direction of the Execution Manager will work with the Project Coordinator and Shipping Coordinator to support on-time delivery of parts on multiple Parts Driver will also be responsible filing the shipping documentation take photos of equipment for each project & filing of said photos for each project. As part of the Zeeco Projects group this individual will interface with execution engineering purchasing shipping sub-contractors and component suppliers.

Responsibilities

Load parts in trailers with forklift
Install strapping bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit
Deliver parts to offsite vendors / suppliers in the Green Country area
Perform regular & preventative maintenance on company truck
File shipping documentation in appropriate network location
Verify parts at vendors shop via a ship list
Take photos of equipment

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Clean Motor Vehicle Report
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Word / Excel Microsoft Outlook and Adobe
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Must be able to handle multiple priorities
Must be able to work under stress and meet deadlines
Mechanical knowledge is a PLUS!
