The Opportunity

This is a new high-impact role in the Alberta market perfect for a true hunter who thrives on finding and closing new business. As our Heavy Construction Sales Representative you will represent the Develon brand building strong relationships with contractors developers and other construction industry players while strategically growing your territory from the ground up.

Youll have the autonomy to shape your territory and the full support training and resources of our BC-based sales service and product teams ensuring you can hit the ground running and deliver results.


What Youll Do

  • Actively prospect and secure new equipment sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
  • Promote and sell Develon heavy construction equipment in the Alberta market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and professional sales presentations.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored equipment solutions.
  • Create and deliver proposals negotiate terms and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with product support teams to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Travel within your territory for client meetings and industry events.


What You Bring

  • 35 years of successful B2B sales experience preferably in heavy equipment or construction-related industries.
  • Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business.
  • Strong networking communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable working independently.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally (and occasionally to the U.S.).
